Digital Services
Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has started or a service has been delivered.
Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered if:
* Payment was made by mistake.
* We are unable to begin the agreed project.
* Both parties mutually agree to cancel the project before work starts.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds are not available for:
* Completed digital services
* Custom website development
* Shopify store development
* AI automation solutions
* Digital consulting
* Any customized project
Project Cancellation
Clients may request project cancellation before work begins. Any applicable refund will be reviewed based on the project status.
